The MedTech Ignite Compass Pitch Challenge is designed to showcase bold ideas, breakthrough technologies, and commercially viable solutions that have the potential to transform healthcare.
Entries will be evaluated by a panel of experienced MedTech professionals with deep expertise in design, development, and commercialisation. The panel will assess each submission for its potential to revolutionise medical technology and contribute to advancing healthcare innovation globally.
All entries will be assessed by an expert judging panel against the following criteria:
IMPACT
The potential of the innovation to improve healthcare outcomes, delivering meaningful benefits for patients, clinicians, and health systems.
INNOVATION
The uniqueness of the idea, including whether it represents a new invention or a significant improvement on existing solutions.
SCALABILITY
The ability for the solution to grow, scale, and be adopted across markets or healthcare settings.
VIABILITY
The strength of the proposed business model, including who will make and buy the product, market demand, and commercial feasibility.
GO-TO-MARKET PLAN
A clear and practical outline of the steps required to bring the idea to market, from development through to commercialisation.
